3.3 Where si6x determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately suspended, all funds in the Account will be withheld pending investigation, and si6x reserves the right to permanently close the Account and retain any funds deposited or won during the period of underage use.
4.1 Each individual may register only one Account on the si6x Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. si6x employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment tracing technologies to detect duplicate accounts.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

5.1 You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your si6x login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 si6x personnel will never request your Account password under any circumstances through any channel, including live chat, email, telephone, or any other medium. Any communication purporting to be from si6x and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify si6x immediately via live chat or by contacting us at [email protected]. si6x recommends enabling two-factor authentication as an additional account security measure.
5.4 si6x will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, except where such loss is caused by si6x's own negligence or misconduct.
6.1 The si6x Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, wins, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. 6.2 You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your si6x Account originate from sources that are legally owned by you and that the funds are not derived from any illegal, criminal, or fraudulent activity. si6x maintains robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures and is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
6.3 Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are as displayed on the si6x deposit page at the time of transaction. si6x reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your Account instantly under normal operating conditions.
6.4 si6x may require satisfactory KYC verification before processing any deposit above specified thresholds. Deposits may also be declined or held pending AML review at si6x's reasonable discretion.

8.2 Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your si6x Account and are subject to wagering requirements before any conversion to withdrawable funds becomes available. 8.3 The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, as well as potential permanent Account closure:

13.2 si6x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings resulting from network interruption, or loss arising from third-party payment processing delays.
13.3 si6x does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyber-attacks, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit si6x's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14.1 You may close your si6x Account at any time by submitting a written closure request via live chat or to [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completed KYC verification and any outstanding wagering obligations.
14.2 si6x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
